Build safe, sustainable Pilates foundations with a gentle, biomechanics-focused approach designed for beginners, those returning to Pilates, or anyone who’s ever felt lost in class and like they just don’t “get it.” You’ll learn the seven biomechanical Pilates principles—breathing, pelvic placement, rib cage placement, scapular protraction/retraction, scapular elevation/depression, head nod, and squat—plus a bonus module on the Transverse Abdominis (TA), then tie it all together in a 29-minute gentle mat flow that helps you put everything into practice as a workout.
